The Account Manager is responsible for the day-to-day account management for small to mid-sized clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the day-to-day account management for client accounts
  • Builds and expands relationships with assigned clients
  • Responsible for retention of assigned group of accounts.
  • Eligibility input
  • Claim/issue resolution
  • Presentation design
  • Some marketing functions
  • Other administrative duties as assigned
  • Bachelor's degree or High School diploma/GED and 5 or more year's account management and/or claims management experience
  • Employee benefits or Medical carrier/claim experience a plus
  • Appropriately licensed or ability to become licensed within 3 months of hire date
  • Able and willing to travel
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications and MS Office
  • Willing to train the right candidates
